Prizes won in this scratch card are only redeemable at the new UNIQLO Koningsplein Store in Amsterdam from 3 - 6 October 2024. Only one voucher per person.
By using this card, you are deemed to have accepted our privacy policy, terms and conditions of sale, RE.UNIQLO terms and conditions and gift card conditions, applicability depending on the type of prize won, which can be found on our website (Uniqlo Customer Service → Legal, Privacy and Information Access).

FAQ

The following prizes can be won by using this scratch card:
- 10 UNIQLO gift card amounting to EUR 250 that can be spent at the UNIQLO stores in the Netherlands;
- 100 RE.UNIQLO voucher for a free embroidery at the UNIQLO Koningsplein store up to a maximum amount of EUR 15;
The following services are excluded from the RE.UNIQLO voucher: SASHIKO stitching, local partnerships and upcycling collaborations. The voucher of EUR 15 for the embroidery service should be spent at once. If a RE.UNIQLO embroidery service is chosen below the amount of EUR 15, the value of the remaining amount is forfeited. The embroidery service will be applied only to UNIQLO items, not to items of other brands.
Prizes are not transferable or otherwise exchangeable or payable in cash. The prizes will be paid out in the condition they are in. UNIQLO is not responsible for any visible or hidden defects to the prizes. In case of refusal of the prize by the winner, the prize will in principle be forfeited.
