Q. How do I enter?

You will need to download the UNIQLO App, register and log into your UNIQLO account to complete the entry form for each daily competition.
 
 
Q. How do I access the entry form?

The entry form for each day will be available on the UNIQLO app notification tab. If you have the push notifications enabled, we will also send you a daily message with a link to the form.

Q. How do I enable push notifications?

In the membership tab of the UNIQLO App, go to Settings and select Notification to allow marketing notifications. You will also need to update your notifications preference for the UNIQLO app in your phone's settings.

Q. Who can enter?

The promotion is open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark, aged 18 and over. Employees of UNIQLO Europe Ltd, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.

Q. How can I create a UNIQLO account?

From the membership tab of the UNIQLO app, go to Profile and select Create an account.

 
Q. How many times can I enter?

​​​Entry is limited to one per person per day during the promotion period. Multiple entries per day or bulk entries are not allowed.

 
Q. Will I receive confirmation that my entry has been received?

Although you will not receive a notification that your entry has been received, we can guarantee that we will enter you into the prize draw, as long as you meet the entry criteria.


 

Q. How are winners selected and notified?

Daily prize winners will be selected at random and notified the next working day by push notification and email.

The winner of the trip to Lapland will be selected at random from all entries during the promotion and will be notified by January 15th, 2026, by push notification and email.


 

Q. What prizes are available?

Prizes include:
  • Trip to Lapland for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children)
  • UNIQLO gift cards (€200/£200/2400 kr/1500 DKK and €100/£100/1200 kr/750 DKK)
  • UNIQLO gift boxes (including various accessories)
  • UNIQLO outerwear gift cards (various values)

 
Q. What does the trip to Lapland prize include?

The prize includes return flights, airport transfer allowance, 3 nights in a 4* hotel, breakfast, a day with Santa’s Reindeer, meeting Santa, activities for children, and travel insurance. Some age and availability restrictions apply.


 
Q. What if I win but decide I don't want the prize?

Please inform the UNIQLO EU customer service team. 

 
Q. Are there cash alternatives to the prizes?

No cash alternatives are available for any prize.

 
Q. How long does the winner of the trip to Lapland have to claim their prize?
 
Prizes must be claimed and booked within 12 months of initial correspondence. If you do not respond within the specified time, the prize may be forfeited.

 
Q. What are the competition dates?

The promotion runs from 06:00 on December 8th 2025 until 21:00 on December 19th, 2025. Winners will be notified by January 15th, 2026.

 
Q. What personal information is collected and how is it used?

Personal information is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with data protection laws. It may be used for marketing if you opt in, and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. See UNIQLO’s Privacy Policy for details.
