Q. Can I return my online order in store?
Please note: Online orders cannot be refunded in-store.
However, you may exchange items for a different size or colour at any UNIQLO Netherlands shop (within the same country of purchase) within 30 days of the delivery date.
Once an item has been exchanged in-store, it is no longer eligible for a refund (in-store or online).
All items must be in resalable condition, with original packaging, tags and labels intact.
