Home Delivery
Standard Delivery is FREE for Order subtotal of €60 or more (before shipping and after coupons are applied).

  • Delivery cut-off time is 10:30am, Monday to Thursday (except public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 10:30am from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

Pick-up from PostNL location is FREE for Order subtotal of €60 or more (before shipping and after coupons are applied).

Pick-up in UNIQLO Store (Click & Collect)

  • Store will hold your order for 14 calendar days before returning it to warehouse.
  • Bring delivery confirmation email or the SMS notification to collect your parcel.

 
Pick-up from your Local Locker or Shop

  • Parcel Shops will hold your order for 7 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
  • Parcel Lockers will hold your order for 7 days before returning it to UNIQLO.
  • A valid Netherlands mobile number is required for your Local Locker or Shop orders. You’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
  • Bring proof of identity to collect your parcel. Accepted forms include: Passport, Netherlands Driving Licence, Utility Bill, etc.
  • If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must present ID with the same surname or proof of your identity.

  • Q. Do you deliver to my address?

    A. We deliver to most postal areas in the Netherlands. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or a Post Office Box.

  • Q. Can I send one order to multiple addresses?

    A. No, each order can only be delivered to one address. To send items to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

  • Q. Is my package insured? Do I need to sign for it?

    A. Yes, all orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once delivered and signed for (or placed in a safe location), the insurance no longer applies.
