Q. What happens once my Click & Collect order has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order, which will contain your order number for reference. This information will also be available on your UNIQLO account.
Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. When your order arrives in-store, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order is ready to collect. Please ensure to take your shipment confirmation email along with a valid form of identification e.g. passport or drivers licence. Collection without this cannot be made.
