Q. Can I use a different courier to return my order?
If you decide not to use the UNIQLO Returns Portal to return your parcel, you are welcome to return using a courier of your own choice. Do not register your return on our Returns Portal. In this case, you will not be charged the 2.95 € return fee but you will need to cover the cost of your return postage and ensure to obtain traceable proof of return.
All you have to do is include a note, within the parcel, with the following information so that our Warehouse Team can process your return. Please provide:
1. Your Full Name
2. Your Order Number(s)
3. The product SKU code(s)
e.g. John Smith, 0123456789012345678-0123456, 20001232424 (located beneath the barcode of the product's label). All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.
