Q. I have lost my Gift Card. What can I do?




Unfortunately we are unable to trace or refund lost gift cards, so be sure to keep yours somewhere safe. UNIQLO shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or expired gift cards. Customer is obliged to protect the gift card and treat it as cash.
