Q. My Gift card is not working
Please ensure that the gift card details are entered exactly as they appear on the e-gift card link or at the back of the gift card.
If you have an e-giftcard, we advise you to refrain from copying and pasting the number from the e-gift card link directly as the formatting can cause interference with the redemption.
Additionally, please ensure that you enter the correct PIN number that has been provided.
In the case that your transaction has been blocked due to incorrect input of the pin number, please contact us through the details shared below, and we will happily check the status of your gift card and resolve this for you.
