Q. Can I return or exchange my order which contains Princess Tam Tam and/or Comptoirs des Cotonniers items?




Please note that you are able to return your items following the UNIQLO's returns policy here: Returns Policy. Please note that this excludes the exchanges.

Unfortunately, Returns or Exchanges can NOT be made in any UNIQLO stores due to the collection being an online exclusive. Should you wish to return and receive a refund for your online order, you can do so by using our Returns Portal.

All returned items must be returned unworn, unaltered, unwashed and is in resalable condition. Additionally item(s) should be returned in their original undamaged packaging and bear their original labels. Products that are returned, in particular incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled, will not be processed. 

You will have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to return item/s from your order (for Click & Collect, this will be from the day the items arrive at your selected store).
