Terms on voucher 

 
  • This voucher entitles you to a RE.UNIQLO Repair and Remake service of your choice up to a maximum amount of EUR 15: i) embroidery; ii) repair; or iii) patch. 
  • This voucher can be redeemed in the RE.UNIQLO studio in the UNIQLO Koningsplein store in Amsterdam from 3 October 2024 until 3 December 2024. Only one voucher per person. 
  • The following services are excluded: SASHIKO stitching, local partnerships and upcycling collaborations. 
  • The voucher should be spent at once. If a RE.UNIQLO service is chosen below the amount of EUR 15, the value of the remaining amount is forfeited. 
  • Repair and Remake services under this voucher are applied only to UNIQLO items, not to items of other brands.  
  • By using this card, you are deemed to have accepted our RE.UNIQLO terms and conditions and privacy policy, which can be found on our website (Uniqlo Customer Service​ → ​Legal, Privacy and Information Access). 
  • Prizes are not transferable or otherwise exchangeable or payable in cash. In case of refusal of the prize by the winner, the prize will in principle be forfeited.   

 

RE.UNIQLO Studio Terms and Conditions 

When ordering our repair and remake services, we will regard that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please make sure to wash the garments​​ before bringing them into the store. If not washed, it may not be acceptable to repair. 
 
REGARDING THE FINISHED PRODUCT 
  • Depending on the type of material. the nature of the damaged area, and the condition of the clothes, the repair with RE.UNIQLO service might not turn out exactly as you imagined. In such cases, we do not offer a refund. 
  • If we do not have the same color thread. We will match the thread to the fabric as closely as possible. 


REGARDING PICKUP OF ITEMS 
  • We will inform you of the date of collection at the time of service acceptance. 
  • Subject to the store capacity, the service may be collected the next day or later. 
  • SASHIKO service may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the design request and product conditions. 
  • Please pick up your item(s) within 1 month of the agreement of the pickup date during the consultation. If you are unable to collect the item(s) by the due date, it will be recycled under our RE.UNIQLO program. 
  • Please bring your physical receipt during your visit for collection. 

 

REGARDING RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND COMPENSATION 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for repaired or remade items. 
  • If there is any problem with the repaired area after your collection, we will repair the damaged area again free of charge if it falls within 30 days of pickup and presenting your physical receipt. 
  • If the damaged area worsens or the item is soiled or spoiled due to circumstances at the repair site and we are unable to restore it to its original condition, we will compensate you by exchanging the item for something of equivalent value sold in the store.
