Q. Help with ‘Pay Now with Klarna’




When placing an order using the ‘Pay Now with Klarna’ payment method, you will be directed to an External Payment Page. 

After confirming your purchase on this page, please make sure that you return back to the UNIQLO checkout to confirm your order. 

Without this further confirmation, your order will not be processed.

Failure to complete this checkout process will result in a successful payment authorisation notification from your bank. However, the payment will then be canceled and the funds will be returned to your balance. 

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to be returned back to your bank account.
