How can we help?

The Returns Portal is only able to create one return label per order. Any additional returns will have to be posted to our warehouse using a courier of your own choice. You will not be charged the 2,95 € return fee but you will need cover the cost of your return postage and ensure to obtain traceable proof of return.

All you have to do is include a note, within the parcel, with the following information so that our Warehouse Team can process your return. Please provide: 

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Order Number(s)
3. The product SKU code(s)

e.g. John Smith, A001234243, 20001232424 (located beneath the barcode of the product's label). All returned items must be returned in a resalable condition including the original packaging, tags and/or labels.

Please note that failure to follow the above guidance may lead to a significant delay in the processing of your refund.
