Q. How do I return my order?




If you are returning your parcel from the Netherlands, please follow the instructions below:

We offer one return via PostNL Points per order. Upon receipt of your returned order via PostNL, a refund will be processed for all returned item(s), minus the cost of the delivery label (2.95 €). UNIQLO will only accept returns which are made within the 30 days return period.



1  Please access the Returns Portal to register the item(s) you wish to return from your order. You will be able to select the reason for the returned item(s) which we will use as feedback to improve our products! Once you have registered your return, the returns portal will generate your return packing slip and return label.

2  Print your return packing slip and and PostNL return label. Include the packing slip inside the parcel. Affix the PostNL return label to the outside of your parcel.


3  Package your parcel securely and return to a PostNL Service Point (find your nearest branch here.)
 

4  Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Normally, to receive your refund, it can take up to 14 days from the day we have received your return package at our warehouse.
